I love that I avoided IG like the plague for a few months and now IG keeps asking me if everything I post is AI or not. That’s honestly a pretty big boost to the ol’ confidence, or maybe IG is just jealous I was hanging out with real life. Ooooooo sick burn 🔥
That said, even without the IG AI flirting with me when I post, I feel really proud of the changes in my physique and overall health lately. I’ve been focusing hard on training and in trying to create a way to share more of myself (sometimes pictures of more of myself 🤣) and the results are starting to come through.
Just a reminder that we’re all on a journey and nobody is 💯% done and finalized where they wanna be. Even if you make it there for a second, the way of the world is built on constant growth & change. So keep changing and keep growing. Love yourself at all the stages and when life hits hard… keep biting back
