Definitely 💯% filmed this outside in the current weather… ___ The number one question/comment I tend to get by being shirtless 24/7 is some variation of “What do you do for your abs?” The truth about my abs training (and my gym training in general) is super complicated and involves training for the last 30 years… BUT on the day to day end of things, this is one of my favorite ab workouts to throw in as a warmup before training or a finishing move after. I do 27-21-15-9 of each (except for the long plank… I just hold that for a minute) So that means 27 of each exercise 21 of each 15 of each 9 of each Then collapse to the floor. ALSO… this is something I’ve done for a long time in some variation probably 3 or more days a week, plus dancing professionally in shows and sometimes tumbling 8 shows a week as well, so if you feel like it’s too much then maybe just start with 3-4 sets of 10 for each movement and a plank for 20-30 seconds. Start where you are, and just keep going. Eventually you’ll get to where you want to be. #abstraining #absworkoutvideo #workoutmotivation #parentheses #ellipses

Love bites… I love that I avoided IG like the plague for a few months and now IG keeps asking me if everything I post is AI or not. That’s honestly a pretty big boost to the ol’ confidence, or maybe IG is just jealous I was hanging out with real life. Ooooooo sick burn 🔥 That said, even without the IG AI flirting with me when I post, I feel really proud of the changes in my physique and overall health lately. I’ve been focusing hard on training and in trying to create a way to share more of myself (sometimes pictures of more of myself 🤣) and the results are starting to come through. Just a reminder that we’re all on a journey and nobody is 💯% done and finalized where they wanna be. Even if you make it there for a second, the way of the world is built on constant growth & change. So keep changing and keep growing. Love yourself at all the stages and when life hits hard… keep biting back FULL CIRCLE HEYOOOO 6.1.24

A friend of mine told me that I should be doing lives every once in a while on here… So today I did one while I tried for a new back squat PR. My old one was 350lb/159kg from about five weeks ago.
