One day at a time. One breath at a time. There is so much beauty and good in this world and although it’s so easy to get caught up in everything going wrong, it’s on us to create the reality we want to live in.
I know it’s not easy… I’m someone who has an existential crisis approx. every 3 weeks. Thinking I’m not working hard enough, reaching enough people, making use of my life and my gifts… the list goes on and on and on. But at the end of the day, I (we) get to choose how we feel and how we proceed.
So let’s forgive ourselves for what we didn’t know and apply what we do. Let’s keep trying to be better, do better and live better. Let’s show up for one another. Let’s be kind. Let’s spread love. Let’s have fun. And let’s f%#^’ing smile.
