Question for the day: Do you believe in you?
Somedays I feel untouchable. And others, well not so much. It seems the people we aspire to be like have this unwavering belief in themselves and where they’re going. But they must have doubts too. I think it’s about finding a way to keep persisting regardless of a momentary lack in confidence or when we encounter some inevitable friction.
I believe in me. I really do. I may not always act like it or talk to myself in a way that would lead you to think I do. But I do. Deep down I’m an optimist. I’m a believer.
What helps me on the days I feel like an imposter is reflecting back on some of the storms I’ve weathered. I don’t need to believe, I know. I know I’m resilient. I know I will do the work. I know I will get to the other side… because I always do get to the other side. And so do you.
Keep heart and keep going.
