TBT to last week in Bermuda for our babymoon 👶🏻 🌙! Said goodbye to my 2nd trimester (now almost 29weeks😮!). Our final trip as a twosome was amazing, but can’t wait to meet our biggest adventure, our baby boy💙😍. Farewell Bermuda, I will miss your pink sand beaches, caves, and shipwreck snorkeling most of all😊 #bermudatriangle
I won’t call this the “easiest weight cut” of my life, but I’ll call it the quickest lol 😅! 2 weeks post delivery, down 18.5lbs.. only 6lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight. Look forward to being cleared to workout in a few weeks 💪🏽👊🏽💥🏋️♀️ 🥊🤼♀️🥋

Happy 1st Father’s Day to my hubby! Thank you for all of the time you dedicate to spending with Donovan. I love to see you teaching him Spanish and how to fix things around the house, he’s your little side kick. I love your involvement, and our equal partnership in raising our son. He couldn’t ask for a better dad to look up to. ❤️🥰
Shoutout to my pelvic floor physical therapist @raisethepelvicfloor !! I seriously can’t recommend PFPT more, it was such a game changer! For pregnancy, labor, and post partum (just had my 1st post partum appt yesterday) this is a MUST. I seriously can’t believe this is not a standard of care for every mom.
Our bodies are powerful things that create life, but go through a lot to make that happen (possible incontinence, back pain, hemorrhoids, prolapse, surgery, tearing, etc).
After years of competing, pregnancy back pain was next level, especially since i couldn’t do ab work to strengthen my core without creating coning/diastasis recti.
My labor was SO smooth and quick with minimal damage and no tearing, and I 💯 know PFPT was a major factor. Anything can happen, just like in a fight, but doing everything in your power to set yourself up for success definitely ups your chances for things to go well.
Things went great, but labor and pregnancy still do a number on body and organs, so starting up to strengthen the little muscles without creating more damage for my comeback 💪🏽👊🏽.

I can’t wait to see your new @unitedbjjhawaii gym location! i’ve been a fan over the years, watching her win the inaugural One FC atomweight championship and defending it 5x!
