Carson Meyer Instagram – Waking up each morning to see how our garden has grown over night and to pick fresh herbs for our meals brings me back for to the feeling of Christmas morning as a kid.
The beauty of Mother Nature, it’s colors, intricacies and abundance is a mirrored reflection for all that is possible and beautiful in the world. These herbs and weeds we so easily look past and step over are rich with healing properties and have much to teach us.
We get to co-create with the universe and build the life we want to live, the life we want for our kids. How we nourish the body and mind all starts in the soil.
