The other day, I got a call from someone I hold very dear and look at for the occasional sting of reality, as prescribed. He suffers from what some call street Tourette’s. Doesn’t busy himself with rewrites. His mouth moves before his thoughts are fully formed and shortly, there’s a spillover in my lap. I usually walk home thinking about the big stain of honesty on my pants, at peace and in comfort.
