Dementia is such a horrible and cruel disease, especially with my mum being so young 😓 But I try to focus on the positives and it’s nice to see her being so delighted every time we get together because it’s like she is meeting the children for the first time again 🥹🙏❤️ I thought I would film this interaction as an insight into what it is like with a parent or family member who has dementia and how tough it is to have to remind them of the same things every time you see them. It’s emotionally draining but I am just grateful I still have my mum and she is such a beautiful soul.
