Half a Hyrox 🏃♂️🏋️♀️ The last 2 weekends I have done 2 x half Hyrox simulations and it’s been so fun to challenge myself, and push myself well out of my comfort zone. Running distances has never been something I have done or been comfortable with. I always focused on weights.
