I have this talk with myself quite frequently… to remind myself that no one is coming to save me or to walk me through my challenging moments or road blocks. Counting my blessings. I’m feeling real lucky for this life I’m living and for those who choose to be apart of it. The past few weeks have been a dream… from spending time exploring Costa Rica with my love to holding space for seven men on a life changing experience. I’ve been making new friends, eating mind blowing vegan food, surfing, stretching, adventuring and most importantly learning a lot about myself. My return home was bittersweet as I couldn’t wait to see the pups and be in my own space however I felt a bit sad to leave Costa Rica and that this retreat I spent so much time curating came to an end. Took me a few days to re-acclimate to my life here in LA while trying to hold on to the peace and pace I was living. Grateful for these experiences that shape me and point me in the direction of the man I hope to become. I love this life I’ve built for myself and am excited for the future.
