If we were to see the actual physical amount of weaponry used to decimate Gaza and her citizens over the last year I think it would be absolutely staggering.
We have witnessed the nightmarish destruction and carnage it has created from the safety of our ‘screens’! Some say that words are useless.. I have to disagree. I think words hold immense power.. although actions speak louder. Everyone who supports a cessation of this unspeakable violence feels helpless, despairing and filled with grief, outrage and frustration at everything we are witnessing.
Don’t stop talking, witnessing, taking action and protesting.
‘Never Again’ was a global slogan to protect all of humanity against genocide and human displacement.
John Lennon’s most memorable statement of “Give Peace A Chance” was never more resonant.
