👩🍳Here is what I did:
2 Tablespoons chopped white onion
2 Tablespoons chopped Serrano chilies with seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 C chopped cilantro
💥Using a mortar and pestle, or a chopping board and mallet, pound the above ingredients together until the onion and Serrano chili release their water 💦 forming a “dressing” for the avocado.
➡️Cube and scoop 4 ripe avocados into a bowl.
➡️Mash only slightly, leaving some chunks of avocado.
➡️Add the dressing & toss.
➡️Add 1 chopped Romain tomato and 1/4 to 1/2 cup more chopped cilantro.
➡️Place in serving dish (I live to use the mortar because it has all of the good “dressing” on it.
➡️Squeeze lime over the top & serve with your favorite tortilla chips
It’s Insanely delicious!
