Laura Vitale Instagram – Pickled jalapeños are so easy and so yum! This is my go brine, it’s so fantastic and perfectly balanced. I tripled the recipe but down below you’ll see the measurements for exactly 1 pint jars. Hope you make them!
Note: I don’t do this with other peppers, I haven’t experimented so not sure how they will turn out if you substitute given that all peppers are different in texture they might not turn out quite right.
10 jalapeños sliced
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 cup of water
1 cup of distilled white vinegar
3 tbsp of sugar
