I’ve always believed in measuring time by my own personal map, the footprints left in damp earth where no one else has yet tread- rather than by things or the accumulation of wealth.
I also love the idea of waking each morning to ask: am I contributing to the cure or the disease? Every decision, every thought, every minute moment of life contributes to your vitality or drains your life force. There’s always a chance for renewal with every inhale. You will never have this miracle block of aliveness again. And how marvellous is that?
