Emma Bell Instagram – This post partum experience has been miles different from the first time around. Better. More peaceful. More supported. I can’t express how isolating being a first time parent in a pandemic was. It is only now, thanks to my son for giving me the gift of this experience again, that I truly understand how devastating that period of time was for all of us. I wake up excited to be able to rewrite what babyhood feels like with him. Not fearing what exposure will do. Having friends and family hold him to give me a break. Planning our days around outings for Pfeiffer, outings where we all get to be social, to feel community, to know we are apart of a vibrant and warm fabric of people.
