Natasha Henstridge Instagram – What an unbelievable year so far, it was my yes year! I’ve traveled a ton! Spent such a meaningful time with friends, took better care of myself than ever before.
I’ve watched my son get married! I’m grateful every single day for this unbelievable life I’ve been given and created.
I don’t take it for granted.
I rest and don’t feel guilty. I still give a lot to others and am of service, but also have boundaries, I speak my mind, but don’t try to control outcomes.
I still wish some things were different of course, but no regrets ! I except what I do have, and choose to focus on the incredible good….
