‼️ Warning ‼️ This video may cause intense drooling 🤤 Gandules en Coco 🥥 with Pork Ribs in a Chunky Pineapple BBQ sauce 🍍 For the Gandules: In the pressure cooker for 35-40minutes -1lbs bag of Gandules secos -Bay Leaf -1/2 onion -1 garlic clove -A few leaves of Culantro or Cilantro -2 to 3 Ají Dulce or cubanelle pepper Once it’s done in the pressure cooker, in a separate pot add -olive oil -Chuleta ahumada/ smoked pork chops -onion -sofrito -garlic paste -Chicken bouillon -Pumpkin -Add the cooked gandules form the pressure cooker -2 cans Coconut Milk -2 cans of water 👀 -Adobo -Oregano Cook for another 20 minutes on medium heat until thickened For Pork Ribs: -2 lbs Boneless Ribs -Adobo, Sazon, garlic powder, Kickin’Chicken (iykyk) In your skillet, add -Olive oil -garlic -onion -butter Add Ribs and cook until golden brown. Turning every 7-8 minutes For the Pineapple Chunky BBQ sauce: -1 can chunky pineapple -1/2 ketchup -1/4 cup soy sauce -a splash of rice vinegar -splash of Wichimachicha sauce -splash of Liquid Smoke -1tbsp hot honey -1 fist full of brown sugar or coconut sugar -green and red pepper diced Cook until thickened ENJOY 😊

Una Sopa De Viandas with the perfect partner – Aguacate 🥑✨ Filled with good fats, vitamins, and fiber, they are the perfect pair for this soup – a perfect blend of tradition and health. #LoveOneToday #AddAguacate #HealthyEating #ElevateYourPlate Recipe Ingredients ● 1 pound yautia, peeled and cut into chunks ● 1 pound malanga (taro), peeled and cut into chunks ● 1 pound batata (sweet potato), peeled and cut into chunks ● 2 Avocados, peeled and diced ● 1 shallot, finely chopped ● 2 cloves garlic, minced ● 2 tablespoons olive oil ● 1 lime, juiced ● 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth ● 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ● 1 chicken bouillon (optional) ● Salt and pepper to taste ● Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional) Instructions 1. Prepare the Viandas: – Peel and cut the yautia, taro and batata into large chunks. 2. Sauté the Aromatics: – In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Boil the Viandas: – Add the viandas to the pot along with the vegetable broth and chicken bouillon (if using). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20-30 minutes. 4. Blend the Soup: – Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth. Alternatively, you can transfer the soup in batches to a blender and blend until smooth. 5. Add Almond Milk: – Stir in the unsweetened almond milk. Continue to cook over low heat until the soup is heated through. 6. Season and Serve: – Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired and avocado on the side.
