As someone who freaks out even over basic eye drops, this really has been a pure nightmare to deal with. Let’s hope this ends soon and I am able to avoid a possible surgery. The treatment mostly involved warm compress 6-10 times a day, steam (this seems to be working better than warm compress for me), antibiotics, some eye massage after each warm compress and steam treatment.
