Ok I’m back training . Been walking daily . Yesterday I did 15 minutes in the gym .. just to see . I’ve lost a lot of muscle so gonna eat really well and train hard !! This @ownyourgoalsdavina challenge has come at the perfect time … feels quite humbling … but in a good way 💕 taking everything nice and slow … really listening to my body … #strengthandsculpt .. 20 mins with @richcallender on OYG … who is with me ?
Episode one of @maskedsingeruk and @davinamccall is getting ready. Make Up being done as per usual by the lovely @cherylphelpsgardiner and obviously I’m doing her hair. Super simple tonight,quick blow dry followed by a fake ponytail from. @pakcosmetics for information about the clothes please go and follow @abigailrosewhite ❤️ Ive been using the new brushes tonight, mainly the BOAR and PADD complimented by @sebastianpro_official potion9 and @arkiveheadcare @adamreedhair the new form. So, am back to the gym for day 2 of strength and sculpt , with minniina today . A little warm up , 4 different exercises, a minute on each … 8 reps ( u can do more if u want) the point is .. go heavy . And it’s 4 times round … then a little polisher at the end and I did a stretch after …🙌🏻👍🏻 felt a bit lost this morning… can’t really explain it properly, but this really helped .. and I’m about to have a daytime kip ! Episode 2 of @maskedsingeruk and I’m finally getting to use and show you the @mdlondon CURL @davinamccall curls and waves were created using my new tool! A couple of extensions were put in first. Two on either side and then all of her hair is completely dry styled, no water was used in the creation of this hairdo. I used a bit of the veil. By @arkivebyadamreed and some of his blow dry spray for the fringe (the new form) I use the reverse conical wand for the curls (tighter at the root and looser through the ends (my favourite type of curl) any questions put in the comments and I’ll try and answer.
