It’s Women in Construction Week! Meet Erin, an electrician from the UP who has built a strong career “where you end each day with a sense of pride and accomplishment”. “Women bring valuable skills and perspective to the construction industry. More women in construction means a stronger, more diverse workforce and more opportunities for future generations to see that this career is for everyone.” Her message to women considering the trades? “Go for it!”

We need to find a more significant, bipartisan way to help the nearly 700,000 Michiganders with medical debt. We’re one of just a few states with no consumer protections for medical debt. That’s not right.
