Kate Mansi Instagram – To my Angelenos : I’ve been struggling to find a way to help. This is my offering. In a space I can confidently bring you support for your mental health, each Sunday I’ll be hosting a live IG with something to help regulate our sweet overstimulated nervous systems right now.
Join me tomorrow 2pm PST for our first one with trauma specialist Dr. Danyale McCurdy McKinnon as we discuss how to find practical tools to cope with what’s going on around us.
Please DM me any questions you have in advance or ask on the chat. And let me know what you’d like to have in the upcoming weeks.
You’re not alone. #sundaysupportseries
