Recipe
1- Preheat oven at 400F
2- Season the fish
3- Heat up butter in a oven tray in the oven
4- When butter is melted, add the salmon to the pan and bake for 5 minutes (chrono!)
5- Whipe the salmon is cooking, make the salad
6- Remove salmon from the oven and place on top of the salad!
