Valentine Thomas Instagram – “Will I ever open a restaurant?” That’s the question I get asked most often. Honestly, I don’t know—maybe yes, maybe no. What I do know is how much I love doing pop-ups. They let me collaborate with incredibly talented people all over the world, learning something new every single time.
There’s a unique perspective I bring to my work, shaped by gathering my own food—though some of my methods might not exactly pass FDA approval (ha!). I don’t want to lose that edge.
