Demet Tuncer Instagram – Highlighting one of our Women Who Dare guest speakers today — @demetttuncer.
Demet is a celebrated multicultural actress, bilingual speaker, and the voice of Walt Disney, with two Turkish Tony Awards. She has made a profound impact hosting prestigious global events like the Davos World Economic Forum and the FIFA World Cup, and has collaborated with major companies such as Coca-Cola, Intel, and Microsoft. Her influence extends to engagements with former U.S. Presidents and First Ladies.
In 2016, Demet moved to Portland, Oregon, navigating a transformative identity shift to support her husband’s career. Reinventing herself, she now leads a boutique consultancy and works with Pacific University’s Business School, where she trains Business Communication and Executive MBA students, as well as corporate groups, through her original “How to Activate Your Charisma” framework.
With three decades of experience on global stages, she combines performance, storytelling, and leadership development to empower leaders and teams to communicate with clarity and purpose.
Charisma opens doors in business and personal life, creating opportunities and connections that would otherwise remain out of reach. It’s the key to standing out, building influence, and making a lasting impression. Her framework activates this magnetic quality, helping you walk into any room, captivate, and create opportunities. People find this approach life-changing because it’s about transforming communication into engaging, story-driven experiences that resonate and inspire curiosity, setting you apart from your peers.
As a Commissioner for Portland’s Immigrant and Refugee Policy Committee, Demet fosters inclusive communities. She also serves as Creative Director and performance coach for “The Immigrant Story Live” empowering women globally to show up with confidence, influence, and authenticity.
Encountering Demet draws you in with her vibrant energy, leaving an enduring imprint that inspires transformation and purpose.
