Kat Von D Instagram – During our day off in Detroit, @sammidoll and I had the pleasure of visiting the artist @andersruhwald installation over at @unit1_3583dubois. I’ve been wanting to come and see this in person ever since my dear friend @hwahwalala told me about it years ago!
This historic 6 room apartment has been turned into an immersive art installation compiled of charred black wood walls, metal sculptures, and an all black bathroom covered in repurposed black material all reclaimed from the city of Detroit.
It is haunting and beautiful.🖤
