today I had my 100th class at @burnlosangeles! I am so incredibly grateful to have found this method, this space, these people, and this community. the fitness landscape can be rough out there… filled with mean girls, impossible standards, grueling competitive nature, eliteism, and whackadoo ideas and ideals. what @mariachase_ has created at burn IS NOT THAT. it is inviting and inclusive, rewarding and nourishing. my body WANTS to keep going back. the instructors are incredible… @_maggielmiller @emmaandersonn @hugomillr @stephmatsuba @rubyystewart @lailygallo @mariachase_ you make me feel so strong in my body, yes, but also in my heart and soul. I truly love you guys. ❤️ I never imagined that at 46 (nearly 47 😬) I would love my body more than when I was in my 20s or 30s. I never thought I would be this injury free. feeling strong, confident and capable is fucking sexy. 🔥 I can’t wait to hit 1000 classes. and I will. 💪🏼
