About last night…. I’m more excited about the weekend of playing and watching tennis at the @lavercup than getting glammed up, but when you find a dress like this one that is timeless and comfortable, the smile just glows brighter ✨ Dress: @celine Jacket: @ysl Shoes: @gianvitorossi Purse: @chanelofficial Hair M/U: @adriana_tesler Blonde: @soumuynam Styled by: @mrsjzzz
On Friday after a heavy two days I did Equine Therapy with my brilliant facilitator @kateneliganequinecoach. Horses are so sensitive. So good. So beautiful. But their wildness, strength, and size has always scared me. I first started doing equine therapy to get over my fear of horses but what has unfolded and what heals every time I work with horses has been massive, awe-inspiring, and mystical. Horses hearts are five times the size of humans and they give off an electro-magnetic field that is healing just to be in the presence of. But they also tune into our energy and start to behave in ways that reflect back what they are picking up in our energetic field. The beautiful spotted horse named Pico worked with my head space to remove old disempowering thought patterns and story loops. He also worked on my back and shoulder where I carry a lot of tension and unexpressed emotion. He also stood over me to experience receiving protective energy. That one hit deep. So much more transpired but I cried much needed tears. Grieving some personal heartache, some sadness around some very close family members dealing with gnarly stuff, and the collective heaviness of what’s been happening this week. I had profound “aha’s” working with the horses but some of the takeaways were: – I am moving into a new space with a higher perspective – Joy and play are extremely important to my creativity and work, as that is my essence – Be present, grounded in the presence of big energies and trust that I can handle it all and that I am worthy of receiving the love, protection, and abundance that life is presenting. If this resonates, I highly encourage trying equine therapy. It’s incredible for trauma, neuro divergence and highly sensitive people, emotional and energetic roots of physical dis-eases, heartbreak, big transitions and so much more. Much love xx

If you know me, you know I love Luke Combs’ music. Especially live. My friends managed to get me backstage to meet him after the show last night, but some dude name Cook who runs a fruit company 🍎🙄😜 took up all of his time, so I didn’t get to meet him. We had to leave, but his serious and sweet security let me take this photo (slide 1 😂) Wasn’t exactly how I imagined it would play out but I still love @lukecombs and had the most amazing night at @jazzaspen 🎶

That’s alll.
So much more to say on this topic which I’m going to address on the @healwithkelly Substack soon (link in bio). But ultimately I did this video spontaneously and sweaty, post-workout, because I always feel so good after I put in the effort and do the work. And when we feel good, we vibe higher and glow brighter. Doing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual work is what gives us the self love, self respect, resilience, and vitality that makes us feel beautiful and powerful in our own skin. Acknowledging our humanity and the imperfect path of evolution we travel leads to a presence and a magnetism that attracts the right people and right experiences. I’m not judging or knocking anyone’s choices. I’ve been there. I’ve done things and will probably do more things! I still fall prey to societal pressures of beauty all the time. But the moral of the message is, make your choices, do what you need to do to jumpstart that confidence, but the most beautiful version of you will come from remembering your innate value, and from the vitality and happiness that can only be found through alignment and authenticity ✨🤍
What if one of the secret ingredients to healing isn’t found in a pill… but in love? 💫 Kelly Gores (HEAL) joins me on the Impossible Dreams Podcast to explore how love transforms health, hope, and possibility.
