3 YEARS OF CLAP Behind the scenes journey of Bhagyalaksmi. Not many know that there was a long training period of almost a year with @melvin_maluda (the coach) and shedding 17kgs to become Bhagyalaksmi. From learning how to run (never been an athlete), staying in Chennai, training with athletes thrice a day to learning dialogues in Telugu it was all worth it ! My routine for almost a year to become Bhagya 6am – 7:30am : Ground Workout 7:30am – 11:30am : Rest and Breakfast 11am – 12:30pm : Gym 12.30pm – 4:00pm : Lunch and Dialogue Study 4:00pm – 6:30pm : Ground workout Dinner before 7:30pm Sleep by 9.30pm 1. Realising there is more training left 2. Sledge run 100×8 3. Photos taken a few months apart 4. Donkey calf raises 5. Circuit ( touch run, ball, weighted squats, skipping, ladder, hurdles, box jump repeat ×4) 6. Gym time 7. Before the final race at Trivandrum, Kerala 8. Uff! Disbelief it’s my leg 9. Sledge run with Shweta 10. Learning block start with studs 11. The team ❤️ – Melvin, Chandra uncle, Remi Aunty (Chennai family) – Kanimozhi (my fan girl moment) – With Aarti and Harsha during shoot – Boys of the ground (made me some yumm fish fries) – Diya and Lokesh 12. Somewhere in a mall 13. Screen grab from set 14. On ground again Immense respect to all athlete’s out there ❤️

Worth watch!🔥 Despite watching the movie, I still remember SI Yohannan( @dileeshpothan )and CPO Dinnath( @roshan.matthew ). @shahi_kabir has created a clear character role for each character and I am sure each character will stay in my mind for a very long time. @krishakurup @lakshmimenon89 @shyni_vijayan_ @aruncherukavilactor @country_fellow_kumaran performances are very well❤️ For those who did not have the chance to see it in the theater, it is now available on Jio Hotstar
