what day 1 felt like 🤎 • Yoga (however much I can push) meditation • Strength training • Ended up doing 13k steps (couldn’t have felt better) • Consuming 1.6-2x bodyweight protein and a 300 calorie deficit (my diet usually includes fruits, nuts, plant protein, avocado and a scoop of protein shake) • No sugar, junk (obviously) • I use the Habits app on iPhone to track all my healthy habits 🤍 • And lastly, 8-9 hours of sleep for recovery and beauty (syncing it with my circadian rhythm)
The sweetest part of this festival is the little things like making chana puri halwa for Bappa with so much love 🌸🪔 Forever grateful for the light he brings into our lives. #GanpatiBappaMorya #ganeshchaturthi2025

When life gave me lemons, I tossed them in a salad… and ordered a pizza 🍕
There was a time I was at my absolute strongest! Squatting 1.5X my bodyweight, holding splits (almost there!), and doing 20 pushups without breaking form! It felt like I was finally in tune with my body. And then, the injury happened! Everything slowed down. I had to step back, watch my progress fade, and learn the hardest lesson: sometimes, your body needs you to pause. Some days, resting is the real discipline. 🌸 Now, after months of patience and healing, I’ve started feeling better again. I’m slowly picking up the weights, flowing back into pilates, and finding my breath in yoga. For the next 30 days, I’m giving myself a gentle reset. I will be sharing the ups, downs, and everything in between. Not to chase numbers this time, but to rebuild trust with my body. If you’re going through something similar maybe this is your reminder too: it’s okay to pause, it’s okay to restart! ✨
