Today is World Sight Day. I get to meet some pretty amazing people, @mrsherazdaya, and his amazing team at @centreforsight are truly that. Mr Daya takes his skills and care to help women, men and children all around the world with their eyes. For the patient his and his colleagues work is life changing. @orbis_uk skilled medical professionals dedicate their time to restore and protect eyesight of those in need. Orbis is transforming lives around the world, proving that sight is more than vision — it’s dignity, opportunity, and hope. 👁️✨ I am proud to stand with them on this important day. We collected the last bits of fruit from our garden. 🍏🍐🍊The girls made a mixture of pear tarts, apple pies, turnovers and plum strudels. When I do stuff like this with the kids I help them look up a recipe, talk them through it and then let me go for it. Doesn’t have to be perfect presentation and always tastes so good. These kinds of activities always leave me feeling connected and present ❤️
