Lisa Ray Instagram – Instructions for Travelling Through Time:
1. Read poetry
2. Turn the scope of your curiosity inwards
3. Practise : Here, Take this I love you. If you cannot say it often, mix your love into a glass of water, infuse it into crushed ice or a fish bowl and offer its many forms unconditionally and often.
4. Listen to your mother snd father’s stories as if they were a fascinating stranger. Because, in a sense, they are.
How do you prepare for a beloved’s departure from this realm?
“I don’t know exactly what a prayer is./ I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down/ into the grass, how to kneel down in the grass,/ how to be idle and blessed.” Mary Oliver
