My phone just reminded me that there was a time when she let me dress us in matching flannel 🥹
Hey, you know what helped me? Mixing my protein, collagen, and creatine together first thing in the morning. It’s simple and it makes me feel like I’ve already done something good for myself before the day even starts. If you’ve ever wondered about creatine, I’m talking all about it in this week’s YouTube episode. Come hang out – Link in bio.

SO many questions coming into the podcast hotline about my morning protein shake. It’s not really anything fancy but you know I’m always happy to explain exactly what I’m doing and why. My morning shake is just — water, protein, collagen, creatine — mix it all up and pound it, before I even have coffee. It’s one small habit that’s made a huge difference in my energy, recovery, and how my body feels day to day. I’m breaking down exactly why I take it in this week’s YouTube episode — link in bio. Got a question you want answered on the show? Call the hotline at (737) 400-4626.

It’s perhaps a little ridiculous to buy a new cookbook when you don’t have a working kitchen (we did just get drywall though so, I mean, any minute now guys 🙃) BUT I have such a girl crush on @alexisdeboschnek and her recipe / farm videos make me SO happy that I just had to order this. Now to be fair, I haven’t actually cooked anything in this (yet!) but I did sit in my big cozy chair next to the fireplace like a coastal grandmother and went through every page and every single recipe narrating for my audience of one. “Oh we should make this…” “and this…look at this pasta we should make this pasta!” “I would never think to use dill in that… babe, look how she used fresh dill!” Thought I’d share it here in case any of you also consume cookbooks like spectator sports 😘
You’re doing a good job. 🤟🏻

My Favorite Spiritual Personal Dev Books ✨ The full blog post is on the site today, but just in case you’re not the blog type, here’s a recap. • Peace from Broken Pieces by @iyanlavanzant Reading this was the first time I realized trauma wasn’t just something you endured. It was something you could rebuild yourself on the other side of. • You Can Heal Your Life – Louise Hay This book is an icon (and so was Louise!) It was one of the first to teach me how much your thoughts/emotions shape your reality and affect your health. • What If You Are the Answer – (by me) This book is everything I wish I’d known 25 years ago. It’s a series of questions to ask yourself to grow your intuition and tap into your inner-knowing. • The Astonishing Power of Emotions by @abrahamhickspublications teaches you how to use your emotions as an internal GPS. Instead of resisting negativity, you learn to shift toward joy, abundance, and ease. • Ikigai by Hector Garcia & Francesc Miralles Struggling with purpose? Ikigai helps you find the sweet spot between what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what can sustain you. • The Power of Intention by Dr. Wayne Dyer “We don’t attract what we want; we attract what we are.” Honestly, read ANYTHING by Wayne Dyer. This book in particular helps you align your energy and actions with your true intentions. • Super Attractor by @gabbybernstein Want more flow and less force? I always tell people this book is the gateway to ALL things woo-woo so if you’re new to the conversation, start here. Hope one of these light you up 🤟🏻 Read the full run-down (and a whole bunch of other articles) on MsRachelHollis.com
