Turtles using dates! Oh I have such a sweet tooth! Love my chocolate…tried a healthier version of turtles and bam, it’s friggin awesome! Recipe About 12 Dates, add boiling water to soften for 10 mins Add to a blender (food processor if you want it smooth) 2 tbsp of coconut oil, pinch of salt and some water and blend! Creamy Cucumber Egg Salad Ingredients: * 2 cucumber diced * 3 -4 boiled eggs * 1/2 red onion diced * 1/2 cup corn (can) * Some green onions (diced) * Parsley (optional) Dressing: * 3/4 cup Greek yogurt * 2 tbsp mayo * 1 1/2 Tbsp grainy mustard (you can use Dijon too) * 1 Tbsp honey * 1 garlic clove minced * Juice of 1/2 lemon * salt/Pepper to taste * chili flakes, spice it up!
