met a random guy exactly two years ago story time: after a few initial dates, gugu ended up taking care of me when i got my wisdom teeth taken out – he cancelled his plans and made sure i wasn’t alone/kept me company and honestly that was when i knew that i found a guy i could lean on and trust because i used to have a lot of abandonment issues – at this point i was also living alone so i had to really learn how to take care of myself and create a life that fueled my soul but i was tired of doing everything on my own and by myself timing is truly such an insane thing bc along came mr chohan and all of a sudden i was able to fully step into my feminine energy 🌀 and allow someone else to be there for me without feeling like i had to do it all on my own focus on yourself, be your own first priority, and ladies – attract, don’t chase ✨

i remember always being SO confused and overwhelmed when i decided to start making long term changes in my health and fitness because frankly i was DESPERATE to feel confident in myself and my body as a wee little 20 year old gal. and food and i have never been greatest of friends / like any relationship it took a lot of learning and unlearning so i figured why not make a video out of it 👀 what i eat in a week for fat loss and muscle growth linked in bio 🔗
i don’t actually hate love stories ❤️🚫 choreo: me dancers: @nish_mudigonda @dopeamin video: @geniusphotos00 ROUND 2 (16 SPOTS LEFT !!) 10/11 @ 1 PM Ripley Grier studios

being the oldest daughter of immigrant parents is something im sure a lot of us are familiar with and can understand the meaning that comes with it – it’s hard not to feel guilty when you make choices that don’t align with what our parents may have envisioned for us and fulfill their dreams i was always raised to be a self sufficient woman by my parents and for that ill forever be grateful – but as i get deeper into my relationship i keep finding myself wanting to let go of certain ideologies that kept me restrained and confined and expire a side of me with a person that makes me feel safe to do so being in your “feminine” energy can mean so many things – getting dolled up, wearing pretty clothes, looking nice of course on the outside can make someone feel good, but now i can slow down, let my intuition guide me, and allow more fluidity in life rather than focusing on the end game 24/7 being a woman is already hard enough, don’t make it harder on yourself ✨ 👗 @lashkaraa
