Jenna Fischer Instagram – St. Louis Appreciation Post No. 1! We had the most wonderful day visiting The Carousel and Butterfly House in Faust Park. My Dad actually works at The Carousel. We got free rides and I met his workmates Vicki and Debbie. The Carousel is 98 years old, suspended from above by rods attached to a center post. While originally steam-powered, it is now run by an electric motor. The Butterfly House (which is seriously beyond charming and is right next door) was ranked Top 5 Butterfly Gardens in 2025. We got to release a butterfly (we named him Lou).
