I am always late to post, always late to update and almost always late to share. But this was not like that. This post took a little extra time because it is still just sinking in. I have been receiving so much love for Deepa. Thank you. Working with a superstar is everything you expect it to be. But so much more. Everything I was told I would see while working with him, I saw. I had questions, and I thought he’d have answers. He did but he also asked more questions. No lectures or opinions, nothing you’d expect from an actor of his stature. Instead, he radiated curiosity. He wanted to know what we were watching these days, what we were writing, what I was thinking and he shared his excitement about the characters he was going to play. Sitting with him, I learnt that being curious is the only sustainable way to be, to grow and to remain youthful.
