This is a hard song to describe , it makes me uncomfortable, brings me to a place when I was afraid….. but talking is always good and by the time I wrote it I was out of the scary feeling ….and writing it helped me to understand the feeling and to know that it could pass. I have been witness to a lot of mental health issues among my close community and I try to be vigilant, I try to check in with/on friends ….and with myself …and when I feel the Blue coming I make myself walk and be active and fight to resist the deep temptation to crawl under a blanket…..there are always demands you have to fulfill that keep you (one) upright ….the needs of children or other dependents, work tasks or obligations …. But in the other time we have for ourselves , try to mind your minds….. they fly away sometimes ….. call them gently, kindly back.
