Despite NHA claiming Rs 75 billion for repairs, major arteries like the N-25 “killer highway” and GT Road remain deadly and neglected. With profits plunging from Rs 45.7 billion in 2022 to Rs 14.2 billion in 2024, the contradiction is stark: if so much is being spent, why are our roads still unsafe? The people of Pakistan deserve accountability and safe highways.
