Bellamy Young Instagram – Getting to support & uplift the vital, transformative work that @careorg does all around the world remains my highest honor. Last night, I was so happy to gather with a room full of like-hearted humans to celebrate their ongoing programs & to dream & to plan for the new chapter we find ourselves in. It was humbling to be recognized for the team’s efforts to create the podcast She Leads with CARE, which debuted in the spring & is available wherever you listen. On that, we got to talk with women around the globe who have transformed their lives & their communities by working with CARE. I hope you’ll listen & meet these extraordinary women- & also be reminded of all we’re each able to do with every choice we make. Truly, everything is possible when we CARE about each other. I’m sending thanks & enormous love to everyone at CARE, to my Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis team, to Emi Mahmoud @emibattuta & @aloeblacc for sharing their artistry & activism, to my dear @shondarhimes who introduced me so warmly despite being quite under the weather, & to my fellow honorees William Mosakowski & Salimatou Dagnoko for their breathtaking & ongoing impact.
