Butternut squash
1/2 cup vidalia onion
3-4 garlic cloves
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter
2-3 cups chicken broth
S&P to taste
Have fun with this recipe and definitely make it your own… normally I’d use pumpkin spice blend (@spiceology) and heavy cream instead of broth but I was trying to keep this on the lighter side today. Have fun with this one and send me pics or a video of how you made this recipe your own. Enjoy!!
