When you stare at a screen for hours at a time, whether it is a computer, TV, phone or tablet, you are exposed to blue light from the device. Alarmist headlines claim blue light from too much screen time is blinding us.
Blue light blocking glasses protect your eyes from harmful blue light and UV rays by using special lens technology to block and filter them out.
I use these by @filteroptix and they are a non negotiable for my evening routine.
Blue light suppresses the body’s release of melatonin, a hormone that makes us feel drowsy. While this promotes wakefulness during the day, it becomes unhelpful at night when we are trying to sleep.
We all use our phone or other screens at night. It’s only when you make these changes, does your sleep remain in order.
The good people at @filteroptix have worked out a code for this beautiful tribe to use, and you should totally take advantage of it for a solid 15% off – MEGHA.
Hope this helps,

Was tough. Was dying. But I’d rather die this way than feel the guilt of not honouring the privilege I’ve been given, the ability to move my body.
Probably the only time I’d wear wireless head phones, when I do an HIIT – which I love a lot and comes from my muscle memory of legendary Crossfit Om days. My tribe reading this piece will agree 🤘🏻
I hope you all optimise your health in every possible chance and way you get this week, for, not everyone is that lucky.

Electric and magnetic fields (EMFs) are invisible areas of energy, or radiation, that are associated with the use of electrical power and various forms of natural and man-made lighting.
In daily life everybody is, to a greater or lesser degree, exposed to electromagnetic fields. Examples are the fields produced by kitchen appliances, radio transmitters and mobile phones.
Exposure to these frequency fields can lead to dizziness, seeing light flashes and feeling tingling or pain through stimulation of nerves. Exposure to radiofrequency fields that are strong enough can lead to heating of body tissue, and result in damage to tissues and organs.
Do you know how to combat this ? Mention it i comments.

There is a reason why I’m putting this up on a Sunday morning. This day would give you an opportunity to look around you and see what is unnecessary and can be eliminated from your room, to start with.
I get my shungite, other crystals, sage, paulo santo etc. from @trucrystals.in the only people I trust for purity.
Hope this helps,

Part 2
Dying to Be Me by Anita Moorjani –
One of my favourites, her near-death experience involved a heightened sense of awareness and a deep connection to a spiritual realm. She describes feeling overwhelmed with a sense of love and well-being, and she gained a new perspective on life and the nature of reality. After her near-death experience, Anita experienced a remarkable and rapid healing from her cancer, which medical professionals could not explain.
She emphasizes the importance of self-love, authenticity, and living fearlessly.
Gut by Giulia Enders –
Enders discusses the gut microbiota (the community of microorganisms living in our intestines), the connection between the gut and the brain (known as the gut-brain axis), the impact of diet on gut health, and the importance of listening to our gut instincts.
It combines scientific research with Enders’ own experiences, making it both informative and entertaining. It simplifies complex scientific concepts, making them accessible to a wide audience.
Atomic Habits by James Clear –
Small , incremental changes, or “atomic habits,” can have a significant impact on our overall behavior and outcomes. Clear discusses the science behind habit formation, including how habits are built, how they can be modified, and the role of cues, cravings, and rewards in shaping our behavior.
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle –
This book emphasizes the idea of becoming aware of the present moment as the key to transcending suffering and experiencing a greater sense of inner freedom. It talks about observing our thoughts without judgment, to let go of attachments to the past or future, and to cultivate a sense of spaciousness and stillness within us.
Hope this helps.
