Day to day as a tired mum on the school run is a different look altogether 🥴😂
But last night from 6pm until midnight I got to feel incredible!
When I first met @ryankaystyles and we spoke about outfits I told him I love the idea of suits but I’ve never done it as I always feel “a bit manly in them because I’ve got broad shoulders and im tall” After he’d stopped eye rolling he told me I was being ridiculous & to leave it with him. From my red suit at the Pride Of Britain to this black number to host the @ilovemanchester awards. Simple, understated, powerful and a nod to Manchester with my 🐝 broaches.
I couldn’t be happier! Although I’m sure the hotel cctv is wondering what the hell we were doing using the fire exit for a backdrop 😂 Thanks Ry!
And to the wonderful @jesscarswellpro who came over to our house to do my hair and makeup in between me making bottles and bouncing Thiago. Team work makes the dream work! 🖤🙌🏼

I used to think that parenting and self care had to be one or the other, but I’ve slowly realised it doesn’t. Involving and showing Mia some of my self care routine is only teaching her good habits, and it’s still parenting.
She loves being my little cheerleader with my ice baths. There’s no better feeling for me 🥰
Mias new obsession is Michelle Pheiffer aka Stefanie Zione in Grease 2!
So much so she wanted to go dressed as her today for non uniform day at school.
Slide 2 is the outfit she wanted. Slide 3 was my attempt this morning with 20 mins notice before leaving 😂
@gorka_marquez our pink lady! Not going to tell her quite just yet that I was more of a Rizzo 😜

Knowing im a dog lover & the charity work I do with dogs, Lots of ppl have asked my opinion about the XL bully ban…
This is Jackson. He was a sharpie bull mastiff cross and for 14 years lived with my sister and her 3 children showing them nothing but love & loyalty. Muscular and large, he was always referred to as the gentle giant. I’ve heard recently that the government is offering £200 compensation for families to have their bull breed euthanised. The attacks some of these dogs have done to humans is horrendous. I cannot think of anything worse than whitenessing such horrors and my heart goes out to the families who have suffered 😞 I always say a dog, just like a human is a product of its environment & regardless of breed & size they can all be taught to attack & all turn when they feel threatened. My mate was attacked by a corgi on his paper round when we were kids. All a dog wants to do is please it’s owner. Even the owners that aren’t responsible enough to have them. I’ll use Manchester as an example because I’m from there. If you take our wonderful city and & over the course of the next month 9 people from Manchester commit awful crimes they absolutely should be punished. 100% !
It doesn’t mean though that all the other Mancunians should be punished with them. It’ doesn’t mean every Mancunian is the same. The media has portrayed this breed badly for ages. It used to be Dóbermans then Rottweilers but never their humans. Why? Something has to be done to stop these attacks. Lots of dog trainers & experts believe there are ways to tackle the issue which doesn’t involve simply just destroying all current bull breeds who live in loving family’s across the UK. I’ve had families send me pictures of their dogs begging for them not to be taken or judged. Ive also been sent stories of attacks from other dog breeds. Looking at it as a mother, would I leave my kids with them? No. But I wouldn’t leave them with any breed. Not just bully’s. I don’t even leave them alone with Norman & Ollie because regardless of size or breed, you never know & part of being a responsible owner is never taking that chance.
I’m interested to respectfully know what you think of the ban…

Same but different.
I swapped the cake for a Thiago 😊♥️

Had to dig out some old photos recently as part of filming for our show. Aside from the dodgy decor, the one constant in most of my pictures was Fergie, my first dog and best friend 🥰
I’m so glad mum & dad decided to have her when I was just 18 months old. She helped teach me compassion, kindness, responsibility and the absolute unconditional love dogs have. Sitting writing this sat with Norman & Ollie knowing they’re unknowingly doing the same for both Mia & Thiago makes me smile. 😊
If I had superpowers it’d be to go back to this time again, just for a couple of days… The good ole days ❤️
(I’d also move that wooden pig off the tele asap!) 😂

From todays stories and obviously with the cheesy soundtrack 😂
Forget the new stuff, my training tracks will forever be Rocky 4 🙌🏼
The plan today was cardio only, but after watching Sly on Netflix last night I woke up feeling like I wanted to do more. I felt inspired so I took advantage of the hour before Gorka left for London and did a Glute session. Well I say I, Gorka wrote it for me. He did my program for me in lockdown and I loved it. I’m still nowhere near lifting what I was pre Thiago. I’ve still a lot to do strength wise but I’ll get there. To be honest it just feels Great to be moving as 15 weeks ago I couldn’t see myself where I am today. It’s crazy where our heads go after a baby. I remember hobbling out of bed holding my stomach as it was so painful to sit up naturally. Having a Cushion near me to squeeze onto my scar if I was coughing or sneezing. And having to ask Gorka or my mum to open the freezer because it hurt my scar when I pulled the door 🤦🏼♀️ I know they’ll be some recent C section mums reading this feeling how I felt. Even having a baby without a section I know it’s painful after in other ways (my sister had to sit on a special Cushion after delivering her babies) ouch! Either way, I hope this video inspires you a little, and reminds you that your current situation isn’t your final destination! Keep going!
Lovely morning up at our sanctuary @bleakholt_animal_sanctuary I always leave this place happy because there’s nothing better for your soul than being around animals 🥰 Ive posted on my story some of our residents looking for homes, it took every ounce of me to not have them all 😂 For those who can’t or don’t want to adopt there’s so many ways you can help keep the sanctuary doing what it does best with a small donation or drop offs of toys, food and blankets. We also have charity shops which help too. I’ll be dropping some of Mias old clothes at our Ramsbottom shop next week. Thank you for any help! It’s much appreciated 💙
