This is BIG news — the leading association for legal minds just endorsed our position that the Equal Rights Amendment has satisfied every constitutional requirement and called on the entire legal community to support certifying and publishing the ERA as our 28th Amendment. If we want to overturn Dobbs and ensure EVERY American woman’s freedom and equality is protected in our Constitution, we need the national Equal Rights Amendment. Let’s get this done.

We had a special guest at the @cwsoftballgame — Brielle Robinson, Sgt. 1st Class Heath Robinson’s daughter! She’s grown so much since she was here to fight for her dad’s bill, the #PACTAct, and she told me she’s playing softball now too. Maybe someday she’ll be on Team Congress!

Two years ago today, @joebiden signed the PACT Act into law. Since then, over 1 million veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxins have been awarded the care and benefits they need and earned. I’m proud to have helped bring together the bipartisan coalition we needed to pass this bill in Congress. Ensuring our heroes get the lifesaving care they deserve should ALWAYS come before politics.
I was proud to help launch the Electing Women Alliance, and I’m thrilled to be back with them at the @demconvention! They’ve raised over $30 million, and they’re fired up and ready to elect democratic women up and down the ballot this November!
