Laura Vitale Instagram – The produce stand did NOT disappoint with these absolutely beautiful tomatoes. I knew I wanted to literally just slice and serve with barely anything done to them at all, but I wanted to give them like a *kiss* of tomato onion salad vibes but like all tomatoes, barely any onion (and very thinly sliced) drizzled with strong evoo , a touch of vinegar, sea salt and to offset the sweetness of the tomatoes, some Castelvetrano olives.
