Laughter is truly what bonds and unites us. It’s said that Humour is tragedy in hindsight, and also said that laughter is the best medicine.
It’s important to know the difference at laughing WITH someone v/s laughing AT someone. One is about sharing joy, the other is about ego and false sense of superiority.
In this “politically correct” era, gone are the days when we could harmlessly tease and joke about communities, ethnicities, diversity, peculiarities and even all genders. yes, back then there was no ill intention to hurt anyone with jokes, it was a celebration of pecularities.
I feel intention is key.
And the greatest ability is the ability to laugh at oneself.
My mom always said, “if the world laughs at you, laugh right back because it’s just as wonderful and strange as you are.
May we all wake up with a smile, have moments when we laugh till our stomachs hurt and find innummerable ways to make others laugh as well.

What an amazing feeling to just simply soak in mud… float in water, acupressure on reflexology walks, yoga, infra red and other amazing massages and treatments. .. and… The most delicious RAW VEGAN FOOD.
I never thought I could enjoy an oilless, sugarless, flameless kitchen for 10 days!! But… omg! It was DELICIOUS! The beetroot ravioli, zucchini apricot wrap and ashgourd soup with coconut milk are now my all time favourites!!!!!
I’m back.. slimmer, fitter, calmer, happier & content.!!!

Do u remember when 2 2.was difficult and u counted on your fingertips? Something as simple as getting up at 5.30 am is difficult until u get into the routine of it… and then it’s just so easy… Whether it’s yoga or academics, relationships or business …. wrapping your head around anything new takes time, focus, energy and Willpower and boy–o-boy! It knackers & bewilders you till u “get it”. The important thing is to not be hard on yourself while things are hard. Im sure u agree that Negative self talk, self hate, self doubt can’t possibly provide solutions or put u in a state of mind that’s productive. Thomas Edison found 1000 ways to not make a light bulb before he found a way to make one. Now it’s simple science that everyone can do. The law of repetition propels the law of attraction. So keep at it… its not tough… it just requires consistent perseverance to understand what baffles or overwhelms u… and to master it. .. and then soar onwards and upwards to your next challenge 😀😇😍
Laughter is truly the best form of therapy. When u laugh your spirit “lifts” . If you’re sitting bored and listless.. and someone comes up to you and cracks a joke.. something dramatically changes within. Happiness and laughter are best buddies. When you’re happy… you laugh !!! and When u laugh… you feel happy. Its like a burst of inexplicable energy that surges through your entire body and mind and it energises, excites, elevates and “dances” its way through your entire being. Whether it’s Polite laughter, meek laughter, amused laughter, hearty laughter….. laughter is one of the best expressions of energy. To be healthy.. laugh! To be happy… laugh! To be positive.. laugh! To diffuse pain… laugh! To view tragedy in hindsight…. laugh!!!! Go into nature. Hug a tree and laugh. Laugh for no reason Laugh for the joy of being alive. Laugh because the world is funny as you are. Laugh because it feels GREAT!! And because its the universal sound of happiness. @happysoullifestyle
It’s said, “”Reach for the stars… u may end up with a handful of sky…. but it definitely won’t be a handful of mud”. Goals define your altitude. A solid marker for your direction. Your purpose. Your dreams. It’s okay for the goal posts to change.. what’s not okay is to just meander and amble and stumble and drift into complacency. Live the life u love and love the life u live. Nurture Your dreams…. visualise Your goalposts.. personal and professional…. and then manifest! hope Santa claus gives u all the tools to bring Your goals to reality.
It’s important to dream… but its equally important to DO! And if you have a vision.. what’s stopping u from working steadily towards it? What scares you? What creates the inertia? Is the fear of failure greater than the desire for success? Is self doubt greater than self belief? .. and if so… why? Who said you could not set out to achieve whatever it is that u set your heart to do? It’s okay to fail… but its not Okay to not try. The journey of a 1000 miles starts with a single step. Whether it’s a business goal, a personal agenda, a mission you believe in or a reality you want to manifest… u owe it to yourself to put it into action. It’s doesn’t have to be perfect.. but it has to be born. Identify your strengths. Be aware of your weaknesses and work on them. Evaluate your skill sets. Set SMART goals. (Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timebound) Then commit commit comitttttt to taking at least one step towards it on a daily basis. Identify and Work through limiting belief systems, patterns that don’t serve you and even sabotage you… You matter. Your dreams matter. Your vision is a gift. The only person standing in between you and your vision becoming a reality…. is YOU.
It’s curiousity that killed the cat & a lack of it that kills our soul. To grow, as a human, as an entrepreneur, as a friend, as a mentor, as a professional, or even as a parent, you have to be fuelled by curiosity. Learn to question, to think out of the box, to research, to chat with AI, to undo limitations, and to accept that you definitely don’t know it all. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, and imprisoning. Curiosity sets you free. it sets you free to challenge belief systems, to peep behind walls of your own creation, to never be bored and to in doing so to become a smarter and more evolved version of yourself when did your child like curiosity die? Why? And… isn’t it time to re-ignite it?
