These are just a few of the horrific atrocities carried out by the M23 armed rebels in the Democratic Republic of the Congo documented by the @guardian. And we cannot stay silent.
We must loudly condemn rape whenever and wherever it occurs. And global leaders must make it clear sexual assault as a tool of war will be prosecuted.
