Happy birthday to Dolly Parton! 🎉 “I think Dolly Parton is a hell of a writer and a hell of a singer. I was so concerned when I sang her song how she’d feel about it, in terms of the arrangement, my licks, my flavor. When she said she was floored, that meant so much to me.” – Whitney Houston 💜 Photo courtesy of Dolly Parton

Repost @babyface: Whitney Houston and I wrote this song together 30 years ago for a lovely movie called Waiting to Exhale. How blessed am I 🙂 What is truly mind boggling however is that these words mean even so much more today than they did back then. In a world that feels very heavy right now we all need to count on each other more than ever. I am grateful that I got to sing this song with @davidmichaelwyatt and I hope Whitney is smiling down on us proudly. What an incredible voice David has 🤯 My continued prayers are with everyone in LA ♥️
