I played a spy and I had to keep saving Val’s character from getting killed, which was such a fun dynamic to play because he was…well…Batman:-) We had so many kissing scenes and I wore so many wigs in this film. It was really fun to play a baddie:-) Val would make me laugh right before the take, so I had to learn to focus super fast to get into the character, as he did it so seamlessly himself! He was a big kid at heart, always throwing things at me so I had to scold him 😂 And no, despite what you might have read when we shot the film our chemistry was awesome but it was only on screen 😉 He will be so missed 💔 #rip #valkilmer

This has literally been me the last 10 months 😂 Laser focused, traveling inside of my mind working. Someone watching me doing this every day for hours on end called me a „deep thinker” yesterday. They asked how I can focus for that long and motivate myself to sit, just think and write. I figured I’d share some tips here as well, as I know so many people struggle to focus on literally anything in their life, even if it’s their biggest dream. – Understand that your attention and time is your biggest commodity today. Period. Don’t give it away just to anything or anyone. Just say no. – Train your mind like it’s a puppy on a leash. It will wonder off, but gently bring it back and praise it for doing so. Every time you respond to your own request to focus on what YOU actually want something magical happen in your brain. New „paths” are being created and strengthened. It just gets easier every time, I promise. – Reward yourself for the hours you spent on your project (soon the progress you’ll be making will give you that dopamine hit) but in the beginning buy yourself a desert, take a warm bath. -Watch and listen to things that will ONLY direct your mind to solutions 4 your project. If you distract yourself too much with new concepts, new adventures your mind won’t want to come back to the seemingly „boring” stuff. – Create a routine. I personally cannot write much at home. Too many distractions and excuses. I have to go somewhere where my eyes rest on something pretty, where I will be well caffeinated and where I won’t be judged for just staring into space alone 😂 Develop your own process. – Most importantly you need to have a bigger reason than just yourself to do what you’re doing. If it serves the world and not just your own ego or your pockets, you’re gonna activate a Divine source of help and that’s unlimited. — Lastly… be kind to yourself. You’ve consciously decided to stop running on autopilot, you’re taking a road less traveled. I know it often feels like you’re going against the stream, but the moments when you just „flow” are really worth it. I’m proud of you and I’m lending you my angels to help you make your dreams come true!
The Coyote Ugly reunion was so sweet, so fun and a bit emotional for me! It was incredible to see all my fellow coyotes and the rest of the cast. So grateful @officialmariabello came up with this incredible idea to screen the film and raise money for those affected by the LA fires through @globalempowermentmission and one and only @tyrabanks not only organized the event but moderated our wild panel! There is a reason she’s such a legend, she did such an incredible job! It’s as if no time has passed 🙌🙌🙌 Thank you to everyone in the cast for showing up @msmelanielynskey @piperperabo @bridgetmoynahan @thatadamgarcia and to @jerrybruckheimer for introducing the film (that man is my hero, he believed in me and gave me a shot, as this was my first audition, I was only 18 and on a tourist visa at the time 😂:) This movie wouldn’t be the cult hit is without @dianewarren who wrote those iconic songs in the film. Our director was there @planetmcnally as well as @todd_garner who’s the one who actually got the rights to the film (crazy story there:-) Are you guys ready for the sequel??? I’ve had so many oral surgeries since I was a kid, that when the need for another one comes up, I’m just like… take them all out and just give me a freakin full on denture 😂 This time at @supradent_supramed it was a much different experience. I’m finally healing my trauma from past surgeries that went terribly wrong. Hiding diet pills and laxatives from my parents at 9 years old seemed normal to me…I’m still working through the psychological trauma and what I now know was abuse while I was in ballet school as a child. Growing up in Poland, pursuing a professional dance career meant one path only: surviving the state-run ballet schools. There were no private alternatives. For parents whose children dreamed of nothing but dance, I was that child, supporting this path felt like the only choice. We were also told it was all “good for us”. I tried to control as much as I could (food and the amount I trained) so I could even have a shot. Imagine “hating” becoming a woman? Having a goal of fitting flatly against a wall. I was there for about 5 years and then I got into the @sab_nyc School of American Ballet in NYC, where I finally learned what a healthy relationship with my body, teachers, and artistic aspirations could look like. Many of my friends who remained in the Polish system endured far worse for much longer. While we all acknowledge that this ‘tough love’ approach instilled discipline and resilience, we’re left wondering: was the psychological torment truly necessary? As a child in those state run schools you look at your ballet teacher, like they were some sort of a God, everything they said and decided was the ultimate truth, the ultimate sentence. I still struggle with that voice telling me that “I’m nobody and I will never be anybody” When I hear it, I picture hugging that little girl so tightly and I tell her that she’s perfect just the way she is, but most importantly I listen to her. I’m sending love to anyone today who sustained any type of trauma or abuse as a child. I pray you heal it all. You gotta feel it all first, which is what I’ve been focusing on. If I’m in Poland I get two treatments @klinikamiracki The first one is #hydradermabrasion which not only takes a couple of layers of your dead skin off it also nourishes it with your chosen concoction (you can pick something that will hydrate the skin or something that will be more anti-aging:) it’s like a vacuum for your face that also sprays stuff 😆 Right after I do the gentle #chemicalpeel which tightens my skin the next day (comment “peel” and I will DM you the exact one I like to get over there;) this chemical peel will also take a couple of more layers of your dead skin A COUPLE of days later (so you will peel at some point, but the next day your skin will be super tight:-) If I can’t get those two professional treatments done then I do a home micro needling treatment with a #dermaroller and then I do a gentle home version of a peel.
