Back in 2018 (when these videos and pictures were taken) we took Mabel and Evelyn to the Fox lot to peek at the archives as well as see the larger-than-life mural of their dad.
This mural was unveiled in front of Bruce back in 2013 to commemorate Die Hard’s 25th anniversary.
Today marks Die Hard’s 35th anniversary when it hit the screens and the rest is history.
What Bruce has been able to accomplish in his career will never be lost on us. We are so proud of him 🤍
This Sunday cuteness is brought to you by Mabel and Dada 🍋😜 🍋
What an extra special day it was for our family as we celebrated @rumerwillis and her first Mother’s Day 🌸💐🌼 and we just love how the girls keep multiplying in pure Willis fashion. We love you so very much Louetta 💓 #happymothersday
We are so saddened to hear of Mr Bennett’s passing. I will personally always remember him for his kind, graceful and gentle demeanor. An evening spent with Tony and Susan was the best NY date night one could ever ask for.
And his talent, boy his talent—we stand in awe and admiration. I especially applaud the final chapter of his career, as he continued to dazzle and elicit nothing but joy and excitement performing selflessly despite his Alzheimer’s diagnosis. It was a beautiful reminder that we should never allow society to dictate or dismiss anyone because of their cognitive challenges but instead provide the room for them to flourish.
When he hit the stage, he shined and everyone around him beamed!
Thank you to Mr. Bennett and his family for shining a bright light on this disease. It has and will forever be so meaningful and impactful to me.
As Mr. Bennett said, “Life is a gift, even with Alzheimer’s.” 💜

2018 vs 2023—it’ll never get old 🥰 #proudfamily
Hi! I’m actually the problem 👋🏽
Bruce and his masterful mic-drop-one-liners. He would say, “he just can’t get out of his own way.” I never really understood what it meant until it hit me in the face the other day. It’s me. I can’t get out of my own way.
I plan, organize, look after everyone and I still rarely make time for me. The kicker came from Evelyn a few days ago when she said, “Mom, you need to get out and touch the grass.” Spoken like her father’s child. I knew what she meant. I’m wound so tight that she sees it,
they all feel it. How is that serving anyone. Today I made time to do something I used to love doing—a 30 min hike and it made all difference. They are giving me the permission, almost begging me to make time for myself and I need to shhhh, listen and just go 💙

Last night I was lucky enough to see a screening of @maxlugavere and @chrisnewhard new documentary, Little Empty Boxes.
Max chronicles his mother Kathy’s battle with dementia while he educates himself on everything he can do to help her. His love for his mother is powerful. His motivation to find answers from leading health experts is inspiring and then be so gracious to share that information is a true blessing.
It would be an absolute disservice if this documentary is not on a screen near us soon.
Thank you Max for being so brave and vulnerable to share the journey and spotlighting the importance of brain health. When you live the world of dementia you know that options are slim. But some won’t take that lying down which is how change is made and I got to witness the beauty in that last night.

The cover story of today’s NYT Magazine explores a family’s journey contending with the fact that they have a 50-50 chance of carrying the genetic mutation of frontotemporal dementia (FTD.)
This article was so emotionally impactful that it took me days to get through reading it, I just couldn’t do it in one sitting given how deeply serious and heavy it was. In fact, I still haven’t fully been able to shake off the pain I felt listening to the devastating details of this family’s journey. Proceed with caution.
Robert Kolker, who covered their story, did it in a very sensitive and compassionate way. The family was so courageous to share their personal story and so selflessly—it has served our community well.
These are, unfortunately, the stories it takes to raise awareness around this devastating disease. I know they will be heard and ultimately make a difference for your family, mine, and I pray, for theirs whether it be genetic or sporadic cases.
My hope is the next time FTD makes the cover of the NYT Magazine, it’ll be a story about a cure, an efficacious drug, and/or a faster way to diagnose this horrendous disease before it evolves into something unmanageable.
If you are a family in need of support today, please take advantage of all @theaftd resources have available to you.

I can’t imagine a better way to spend #WorldBrainDay than having a fully immersive FTD weekend filled with community and learning.
I was privileged to experience the first live performance of @unravelledplay by @jakebroderus. It explored the fascinating connection between the Canadian painter Anne Adams and French composer Maurice Ravel, both who lived with frontotemporal dementia.
Then I got to see first hand how hope is rising at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center where they are working tirelessly to find a cure and treatments for frontotemporal dementia.
There is a spotlight on FTD and interest in furthering both research and development so I can assure you that we are not being left behind.
These neurologists, doctors and scientists are thoughtful, caring and understand the urgency we feel.
I can wholeheartedly say, I was moved to tears by their dedication to finding a way to #endftd

Brain health? I knew about heart, breast, gut health etc etc but the concept of brain health blew my mind 🤯 No one had ever talked to me about my brain. It changed my whole outlook on how I approach my overall health. Brain first and the rest will benefit.
But all those pills that I had to choke down 🤢 I said to my friend @helenchristoni, “I’m seeing a difference but I hate swallowing pills. I wish I could take all of them and put it into ONE drink powder! She said, “we sure can.” Years in the making and now @maketimewellness is here 🌈💓
