By now I’ve been mistaken for a Puerto Rican, Colombian, Argentinian, Brazilian, Spanish and God knows what. Every person has spoken to me in Spanish and I’ve had to tell them to switch to English.
I take all of that as a compliment, my ego is obviously feeling nourished having been fed some delicious junk food, but it’s being Indian that I feel most proud of. When I tell them I’m indian it comes as a major shock to most and they change the way they look at me.
More on that later but right now I’m so excited to share something I’ve been working on.
All of July we deep dive on us women, our moon cycle, the different phases, the herbs, nutrition, activity level and a “to do” to use them as your super power.
I’ve read and read and read on this subject and simplified all the informations into simple e books which you can refer to for any phase of your cycle. Make it your Bible for that particular phase and see your life change. I have been on this journey for the past many months and I’m a different human now.
Being a woman is our super power, it’s time to claim it 🔱

There is something strangely sacred about salt.
Our sweat, tears, the sea, are all made up of salt.
In the Bible, salt also came to symbolize purity, perfection, wisdom, hospitality, durability, and fidelity.
I use salt for a physical and spiritual cleanse regularly. It repels evil spirits and absorbs any negative energy from a space. In this case, symbolises purification, protection, loyalty, and permanence.
Salt is power. It might sound like alchemy, but the energy in places where salty ocean water and freshwater mingle could provide a massive source of renewable power.
I recently discovered that I’m SALT (Single And Loving It), another version of “salt” these days 😂🤲🏻
I love when I find myself at the right place at the right time and presented myself with an opportunity where I visited Las Salinas in Cabo Rojo in Puerto Rico.
Completely unplanned, turned the car around and had this adventure and I’m thankful for everything and everyone that played a part in this 🙏🏼
I’m engulfed in Indian Macarame and raw raw vast expanse of tones and tones of salt. It was hot, I couldn’t open my eyes with the Sun burning down on the gleaming white salt.
The salt was burning but I felt this sacred energy in the air. Of the salt, the silence which was loud and reassuring, and immense peace.
By doing just this, I consider my time in The USA a success.

After San Juan I made my way to Rincon, a cute little beach town West of Puerto Rico. It was perfect, I had to recover from two intense Summits in Orlando and process all that I had absorbed. A lot of Sun and a whole lot of walking.
@airbnb and I are made for each other. I “airbnb” it as much as possible when I travel. I love the convenience of it. It keeps my nutrition on track and makes me feel I’m at home, I have access to outdoor space and I’m in a neighbourhood rather than a hotel, which in long travels can get to you and make you miss home.
This fruit is literally foraged from on the road and the banana tree in the airbnb garden. That’s a huge huge lizard or some such which was very close to my feet and I didn’t die with shock 😜
This time I had a very new experience of seeing a brown coloured pom next door not being treated well and I went to give it water and cut its extra long clamped hair which had bugs stuck on it. I pleaded / forced them to take her inside and she clung to my legs like don’t leave me here. It broke my heart and if I was in my home country with her, no matter which part of India, she would have been home by now. They obviously complained to my host who actually understood me and said she goes through the same. The last slide is them capturing me on their camera helping the dog and sending it to her.
Brownie and her welfare affected me the entire day, I had to tell myself I did my best and tried to get on with things the next day.
Love is the only language,
everything else is white noise.
Do join me in wishing the best for our dear little Brownie. Hope she isn’t tied outside with no food or water in a thick steel chain in the heat.
